Requirements and Resources

The following requirements must be satisfied for a client to have access to Florida Chefs Workshop.

 

1: A Valid Food Manager’s Certificate.  A "Certified Food Manager" is one who has passed a written certification test, which has been approved by the Department, which demonstrates a basic knowledge of food protection practices.

 

2: A Current Food Permit issued by the Department of Agriculture -OR- A Current Food

Service License issued by DBPR.

 

3: Proof of liability insurance ($1,000,000) with Florida Chefs Workshop, LLC listed as additional insured.

 

4: Signed copies of Florida Chefs Workshop Kitchen License Agreement and Florida Chefs Workshop Policies and Procedures.

 

5: Completed Client Application and Kitchen Personnel List (The rest of your team)

 

6: Paid security deposit of $250 ($50 of this is a non-refundable administrative fee)
