In this 2.5 hour class we, will learn how to purchase/identity Seafood, Seafood safety precautions, and how to prepare Seafood using 4 Different types cooking methods: Pan Searing, Grilling, Pan Frying, and Baking! The class will begin with Chef Anthony’s Complimentary Seafood Ceviche while he goes over kitchen safety procedures and general Seafood knowledge. Once everyone is ready we will begin our Adventure! The Menu includes (but is not limited to) Pan Seared Bacon Wrapped scallops, Fried Crab Cakes, Grilled Octopus, and Baked Fish En Papillote! Make sure to bring your appetite!
