About The Event
In this 3 hour, knowledge-packed, Yeast Bread Making Culinary Adventure, the Student will jump right into the dough making process as soon as they arrive, so don't be late. We are making everyone's favorite Flatbread=Focaccia from start to finish, then Dinner rolls or Burger Buns and making a Loaf of White Bread, then it’s on to Desserts, we’ll make Cinnamon Rolls! Finally, we’ll make a Sourdough Starter for you to take home. Then enjoy the fruits of your labor! The dissolution portion of this class will include the 10 Steps in Yeast Bread Production, the Straight dough method versus Sponge method, lean dough & rich doughs, and proper Sourdough making methods. Feel free to bring your own wine to enjoy during the class!
