About The Event

 Baker Natalia Lima, owner of the nationally featured all vegan Curious Cat Bakery, believes everything can be veganized without sacrificing taste and she is sharing her secrets on how to make the best pumpkin pie that even the biggest meat eater would approve of in this three hour hands on class. Natalia will walk students through every stage of the process from start to finish in an informal and casual setting where beginners’ mistakes, laughs and a glass of wine are all welcome. By the end of the class students will know how to make a completely dairy-free and egg-free melt in your mouth pie crust, delicious pumpkin filling, delicate leaf shortcrust decorations and how to assemble it all in an eye catching pie they can then take home to enjoy.

Supplies and ingredients will be provided but students should bring their own pie dish so they can take their creations…
