Back by popular demand, spend the afternoon with Chef Dawn DeStefano learning to make pasta with nothing more than a rolling pin and your hands. For an added Holiday Twist, you will be making a cookie ornament to take with you! You will make and enjoy several hand made pastas in this 3-hour class.

Back by popular demand, spend the afternoon with Chef Dawn DeStefano learning to make pasta with nothing more than a rolling pin and your hands. For an added Holiday Twist, you will be making a cookie ornament to take with you! You will make and enjoy several hand made pastas in this 3-hour class. Chef Dawn is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University and the Art Institute with degrees in baking, pastry, and culinary management. Please wear closed-toed shoes and tie back long hair. Feel free to bring your own wine to enjoy with your pasta dishes. 3-hour class is $55. Purchase tickets thru the link below. Class size is limited so get your tickets early!
