Introduction to classic cooking techniques. Chef Matthew will be covering culinary basics and closely guarded tips and tricks. You will learn to build and layer flavors by making several “Mother Sauces” including a Brown Sauce, Bechamel (White Sauce) and a Hollandaise.

About The Event
Introduction to classic cooking techniques. Chef Matthew will be covering culinary basics and closely guarded tips and tricks. You will learn to build and layer flavors by making several “Mother Sauces” including a Brown Sauce, Bechamel (White Sauce) and a Hollandaise. Guests will also participate in creating a classic French dish called “Cassoulet” and Potatoes Dauphinois. Dine with your favorite wine and bring containers for take-home. Feel free to bring your favorite wine to pair with this culinary adventure. Please wear closed-toed shoes and tie back long hair. Class size is limited so get your tickets early!
